- Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1
SYMPTOMS
When you use System Monitor to monitor Microsoft ASP.NET performance data on a computer where the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 or the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 (SP1) is installed, ASP.NET performance data may not appear as expected.
Typically, this problem occurs when multiple clients query the computer where the .NET Framework 1.1 or the .NET Framework 1.1 SP1 is installed for ASP.NET performance data.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because of a race condition in Aspnet_isapi.dll. When this race condition occurs, a thread is not created for the client computer to query for ASP.NET performance data.
