SYMPTOMS
When you start Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0, or when you try to use Outlook Express 6.0 to send and receive your e-mail messages, Outlook Express 6.0 stops responding or unexpectedly quits. If Outlook Express 6.0 unexpectedly quits, you may receive the following error message:
When you view the data in the error report, the report contains an error signature that is similar to the following error signature:

CAUSE
This problem may occur when you experience heavy mail usage in Outlook Express 6.0.
RESOLUTION
This problem is fixed in the Update for Windows XP (KB900930).
