SYMPTOMS
On a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, the computer may stop responding when the Microsoft Message Queuing 3.0 service automatically starts after you restart the computer. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This problem occurs if the MQAC driver does not load correctly when Windows Server 2003 starts. When the Message Queuing 3.0 service starts, Microsoft Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) calls the MQAC driver. If the MQAC driver did not load correctly, the computer stops responding. When this occurs, the error message that is mentioned in the Symptoms section is generated.
RESOLUTION
