SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Service Pack 3 (SP3) or in Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Feature Pack 1 (FP1), the following error message may be logged in the event log:

Component Execution failed for the component[0x1] hr:80004002 Prog ID Commmerce.CSFLoadHistory.1 Specified Cast is not valid.

RESOLUTION
