SYMPTOMS
When you try to copy ink by using Copy on the Ink Desktop toolbar, available as part of the Microsoft Experience Pack for Tablet PC, the ink is not copied to the clipboard.
CAUSE
This issue occurs when Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 is installed on your Tablet PC.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, you must remove .NET Framework 2.0 from your Tablet PC. To do this, follow these steps:
- Tap Start, tap Run, type appwiz.cpl, and then tap OK.
- Tap Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.
- Tap Remove, and then tap OK.
