SYMPTOMS
When you perform one of the following actions in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM, the program may stop responding (hang):
- You import many thousands of leads at the same time.
- You update many hundreds of leads at the same time that you import many leads.
- You run a Microsoft CRM Software Development Kit (SDK) application that updates or inserts many leads at a time into the
Organization_Name
_MSCRM database.

This problem occurs because of a Microsoft SQL Server blocking problem. This problem occurs because the SQL Server scripts that perform INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE statements run these statements on the SQL Server view and not on the database table.
