SYMPTOMS
The DirectShow video renderer may not display samples and may only display a black screen in Microsoft Windows CE when you use third-party filters that have their own allocators.

Prerequisites
This hotfix requires all the previous updates for Microsoft Windows CE 5.0. This hotfix is supported only if all the previous updates are installed.
Restart requirement
You do not have to restart your computer after you apply this update. After you install this update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To clean the platform, click Clean on the Build menu. To build the platform, click Build Platform on the Build menu.
