SYMPTOMS
TCP/IP packets may not be retransmitted at specified timeouts on a Microsoft Windows CE .NET 4.2 platform that includes the wdmlib module. This behavior may cause some previously queued events not to occur.
Note The wdmlib module is the IEEE 1394 support library.
CAUSE
This problem occur because the cxport module may not correctly interpret a timeout value that is specified at load time by the wdmlib module.

Restart requirement
After you install this software update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To clean the platform, click Clean on the Build menu. To build the platform, click Build Platform on the Build menu. You do not have to restart your computer after you apply this software update.
