APPLIES TO

  • Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Service Pack 1
  • Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Standard Edition

SYMPTOMS

When the same order-level discount is applied to two line items in Microsoft Commerce Server 2002, the RecordPromoCodes component only writes the promo code and the definition ID for the first line item. The promo_code_info simple list for the first line item shows that the value of the promo_applied element is false and is recorded. On the second line item, the value of the promo_applied element is true. In this scenario, the RecordPromoCodes component does not record the promo code or the definition ID.
