SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Windows CE .NET 4.2, you may experience one or more of the following problems when you use the Microsoft Internet Explorer Television-Style Navigation interface:
- You cannot scroll the view by using the arrow keys.
- You cannot return to the top of a Web page.
- The browser may show a vertical scroll bar even though vertical scroll bars are disabled.

Restart requirement
