CAUSE

This issue occurs when the slide where the presentation stopped printing contains minor damage.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, you must close the presentation and then insert it into a new one.

To do this, follow these steps.

  1. ==== For presentations based on PowerPoint templates ====
    1. On the File menu, click Project Gallery.
    2. Expand Presentations, and then click Designs.
    3. Click the design that you used for the affected presentation, click Open, and then go to step 2.

For presentations based on the blank presentation layout

    1. On the File menu, click New.
    2. If the New Slide dialog box appears, click OK, and then go to step 2.

Note Your selection from the New Slide dialog box is not important. After you re-create the presentation, you can delete this slide.
  2. On the Insert menu, click Slides From File.
