SYMPTOMS

The 3270 Client (Win3270.exe) unexpectedly quits and the session to the host application is lost. This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:

  • The 3270 Client is configured in TN3270E Server Connection mode.
  • The 3270 Client is under heavy load.

When this problem occurs, the 3270 Client experiences an access violation in the TN3270!TN3270ESession::Translate3270+0x6f function.
