SUMMARY
This article describes the following about this hotfix release:

SYMPTOMS
When you are running queries against a cube that contains one or more relational ROLAP partitions that have been enabled for real-time updates, the Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) queries to retrieve data from the cube may not reflect the updates that are made to the relational data in the underlying source tables for the ROLAP partitions.
Note This problem occurs in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services 64 bit hotfix 2000.8.00.0874 and later versions.

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
This problem was first corrected in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 4.
