SYMPTOMS
When you run Microsoft Windows 2000 on computer that has multiple processors, Windows 2000 may stop unexpectedly. You receive a Stop error message that is similar to the following:
Typically, you receive this error message on computers that have four to eight processors.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the Tcpip.sys file contains debug code that cannot run correctly on a computer that has multiple processors.
