SYMPTOMS
Messages that are delivered to a Send port that is bound to a Transport Type property value of SQL may not be sent by the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 Adapter for SQL Server. The Health and Activity Tracking (HAT) tool displays the following status for the messages:
When this problem occurs, you receive no error messages and the Application log has no record of this problem.
This problem may occur after you upgrade your server to Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, visit the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article and install the hotfix:
