SYMPTOMS
Microsoft Outlook Web Access stops responding when a user tries to open an e-mail message in the Drafts folder. When the user tries to open the e-mail message, the IIS Admin Service (Inetinfo.exe) unexpectedly crashes on the Microsoft Exchange computer that the user's mailbox is located on. This problem occurs in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 1.
