SYMPTOMS

You are using a configuration that has a front-end server and a back-end server. When the front-end server is under a heavy load, the POP3 virtual server or the IMAP4 virtual server encounters a deadlock in the front-end server. Then, the POP3 service or the IMAP4 service stops responding.
