In this session, we will present an overview of the new features in the latest version of the Entourage client. Microsoft Entourage 2004 is part of the Microsoft Office 2004 suite of applications for the Macintosh. We will also cover troubleshooting tips and scenarios.

This is a Level 200 session that will be presented by Gwen Watenpaugh.

Gwen Watenpaugh joined Microsoft in June 2001 as a support engineer on the Exchange Client Connectivity and Collaboration team. This team supports all Exchange collaboration features and clients, including Outlook Web Access, Outlook, Entourage, Server ActiveSync, Outlook Mobile Access, and much more. Gwen has been working with the software developers on the Entourage 2004 beta for the past several months, leading up to the release of the product.
