SYMPTOMS
When you configure Microsoft Outlook Web Access to use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection to a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 computer that is running in a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 cluster, there may be a big increase in the usage of processor resources by the Lsass.exe process and by the Resrcmon.exe process. Additionally, the performance of the Exchange Server 2003 computer may be poor.
When you view the application log, you may see an event that is similar to the following:
