SYMPTOMS
When you use Removable Storage to perform a cleaning operation on your tape drive, you may experience the following symptoms after the cleaning operation is completed:
- The cleaning cartridge never unloads from the tape drive.
- The cleaning cartridge never returns to the slot in the autoloader.
Therefore, you cannot remove the cleaning cartridge from your tape drive.

WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, restart your computer, and then manually unload the cleaning cartridge.
