SYMPTOMS

On a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based server that has Terminal Server enabled, you use the Terminal Server Administration (Tsadmin.exe) program to enumerate the list of terminal servers. Then, the outgoing network activity from the terminal server becomes very slow. For example, when you connect to a share folder on another computer, the connection may take more than 30 seconds to be built. However, the connection will usually take only two or three seconds to be built when you do not use the Tsadmin.exe program in this manner.
