SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft BizTalk 2004, you may set the Custom XSLT Path property in a map to use a custom XSLT file. If the data that you try to translate with this XSLT file has a CDATA section, the CDATA section and all the formatting is removed. The CDATA section will remain if you use the Test Map command in BizTalk Mapper or if you translate the data by using the XMLDOM (XML Document Object Model (DOM)) object outside the BizTalk Server tools.
