SYMPTOMS
If a Microsoft Terminal Services session becomes locked, you cannot unlock the session. For example, this problem occurs if a session is locked by a user or by a screen saver that is protected with a password. You must disconnect and then reconnect to access the remote computer again.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the remote user has the Allow log on through Terminal Services right, but not the Allow log on locally right.
