SYMPTOMS
Changes that are made to the Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) settings are lost when the device is reset.
CAUSE
When the IPv6 service starts, it overwrites the values that are stored in the registry. IPv6 overwrites the values in the registry with default values and does not determine if the entries already exist.
