SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft CRM 1.2, when using the 'Find' field to search for Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and the like, the results list does not return the user to the first page between searches in cases when the user is already on the second page, or later, of the previous search.
RESOLUTION
Microsoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update. The cumulative update information is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
