SYMPTOMS
After you upgrade your Windows Forms application from the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 to the .NET Framework 1.1, you experience slow performance in your application when you display dynamically created forms. This performance problem occurs when you dynamically add many controls to your form. When you add these controls to the form, several garbage collections start that may affect performance.
RESOLUTION
