SYMPTOMS
Microsoft Internet Explorer does not load a Web page, and you receive the following error message:
This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
- You move to another Web page while the current Web page is loading.
- You repeatedly move away from a Web page that is loading before the Web page has loaded.

Prerequisites
This fix is supported only when all previously issued fixes for this product have also been installed.
Restart requirement
After you install this hotfix, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To clean the platform, click Clean on the Build menu. To build the platform, click Build Platform on the Build menu.
