The Resultant Set of Policy data is not displayed as expected when you view the Resultant Set of Policy data by using the RSoP snap-in in the German version of Windows XP
When you the view Resultant Set of Policy (RSoP) data by using the RSoP snap-in in the German version of Windows XP, the RSoP data is not displayed as expected. The following symptoms occur:
- Some of the policy settings are missing.
- A red "X" appears over some of the policy settings that are displayed.
- The Userenv.log file contains an error message that is similar to the following:
This issue occurs if the domain name contains particular characters that are incorrectly processed.
