SYMPTOMS
You may receive access violation errors when you use the Application Verifier tool to monitor a program that uses Microsoft Windows HTTP Services (WinHTTP) to send and to receive data.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if WinHTTP tries to use a handle that is already closed to send and to receive data.
