SYMPTOMS
The Information Store service may not start on your Microsoft Exchange Serve 2003 computer. Additionally, events that are similar to the following may be logged to the application event log:
Event Type: Error Event Source: MSExchangeIS Event Category: Content Engine Event ID: 1180 Date: 1/21/2004 Time: 4:36:06 PM User: N/A Computer: EXCH2B Description: Error 0x80010119 initializing the Microsoft Exchange Server Internet Conversion Library.
Event Type: Error Event Source: MSExchangeIS Event Category: General Event ID: 5000 Date: 1/21/2004 Time: 4:36:06 PM User: N/A Computer: EXCH2B Description: Unable to initialize the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service. Error.
