SYMPTOMS
After you install the MS02-071 (328310) security update, the Client Server Runtime System (CSRSS) may leak memory and eventually consume all the available memory on a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Server-based server.
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
