SYMPTOMS

When you run the Windows NT Diagnostics (WinMSD) utility or the System Information tool, and then you save the report that is generated, excessive network traffic occurs between your computer and the domain controller.

CAUSE

This problem is caused by changes to GetEffectiveRightsFromAclW.
