SYMPTOMS
You can use the Windows Messenger service in Microsoft Windows 2000 to send a message to another computer. When you use the net send command-line command to send a message to another computer, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This issue may occur when multiple net send commands are sent at the same time to the server that is running the Windows Messenger service.
