SYMPTOMS
Your Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based server may stop responding.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if you have configured a mirrored dynamic disk volume that uses two hard disks that are connected to two different hard disk controllers. When the problem occurs, the Dmio.sys driver leaks system page table entries until the computer stops responding.
RESOLUTION
