SYMPTOMS
You may see one of the following events in the event log. These events may be recorded when a program or a service is monitoring the event log and when the server is experiencing high stress logging events:
These errors may also occur on a computer if the monitoring software loses network connectivity to the target computer.
CAUSE
The Event Log service may use an handle that is not valid when a new event overwrites the contents of an event for which there is an open handle.
