SYMPTOMS

When you use any one of the products listed in the "Applies To" section, you may receive an error message that resembles one of the following:

Note In these error messages, "a" is a misspelling for "an", "occured" is a misspelling for "occurred", and "cant" is a misspelling for "can't".

CAUSE

This issue may occur if any one of the following conditions is true:

  • Your Microsoft Internet Explorer installation is corrupted.
  • Your Microsoft Money installation is corrupted.
  • You have antivirus or Internet security software that is installed on the computer that restricts the scripting features on the computer.


RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, follow these methods in the order that they appear.
