SYMPTOMS
When you quit a program that accesses a TV tuner card on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer, and that computer is running Microsoft DirectX 9.0, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following on a blue screen:
CAUSE
This problem occurs because a stream class submits a SCSI Request Block (SRB) cancel request to a minidriver before the minidriver receives the original SRB request.
