SYMPTOMS
When you try to view a Web page on a remote Web server, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following, where location
is the URL for the page that you try to open:
This problem occurs even though you could previously view the page.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if you install Microsoft Internet Explorer Service Pack 1 (SP1).
