SYMPTOMS
When you use some small computer system interface (SCSI) miniport drivers in Microsoft Windows Server 2003, disk performance may appear lower compared to disk performance in Microsoft Windows 2000 Server.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if you run a program that makes many FlushFileBuffers() calls.
