SYMPTOMS
When you run an application that was built by using the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1, and the application is under heavy load and uses a lot of memory, you may receive the following error message:

Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This software update may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next .NET Framework 1.1 service pack that contains this software update.
