SYMPTOMS

When you use the DNS Microsoft Management Console snap-in on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer or on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer, and you try to view a DNS zone, the zone may take 90 seconds or longer to populate the description pane.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you are running Windows on a multiprocessor computer.
