SYMPTOMS
Usage of Kernel memory increases by multiples of 168 bytes each time that the dynamic-linked libraries, Ieceext.dll and Urlmon.dll, are loaded and unloaded.
It is typical for the Ieceext.dll module and the Urlmon.dll module to load and unload when a Microsoft XML (MSXML) document object is created and destroyed. The kernel memory is freed when the process that used the DLLs terminates.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because both Ieceext.dll and Urlmon.dll do not successfully destroy a Critical Section object that is created when the DLL loads.
