SYMPTOMS
The Svchost.exe program and the Remote Access service stop responding. This problem may occur intermittently.

Note The Remote Access service runs in a Svchost process. This Svchost process also hosts the Removable Storage service. The hotfix that is mentioned in this article applies to the Removable Storage components.A problem with these components affects the Svchost process.
