SYMPTOMS
Microsoft Windows CE Platform Builder cannot download an image or connect to a device.
CAUSE
Platform Builder caches the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the port number that it uses to connect to a device. If the IP address or the port number changes on the device, Platform Builder cannot locate the device. You must quit and then restart Platform Builder to download an image or to connect to the device again.
RESOLUTION
