SYMPTOMS
When you print a Microsoft Word document to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 5000-series printer, the printer may insert a blank page between two printed pages. This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
- You changed the orientation of one of the pages, or you changed the paper size of one of the pages so that the pages on either side of the blank page have different orientations. This may cause an even-page section break to be changed to an odd-page section break.
- The printer's duplex option is turned on.
