SYMPTOMS
When Internet Explorer for Windows CE is configured to disable multiple windows, the close command (that is called from the script of the HTML file) closes the browser. However, the browser is expected to go back to the previous page (if one exists).

"NoNewWindows"=dword:1
This setting accomplishes the following:
- A window.open event becomes an in-place navigation event.
- A window.close event executes a back command.
