STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. This problem was first corrected in Windows SharePoint Services Service Pack 2.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, delete the corrupted node. To identify the node that is corrupted, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Windows SharePoint Services site in Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003.
  2. Switch to Navigation view.
  3. Examine each node until you identify the first node that represents a link that is experiencing the symptom described in this article, and then delete the corrupted node.
