SYMPTOMS

Your server may stop responding, and you may receive the following error message:

STOP: 0X000000D1 and 0X000000E2

Then, your server may restart, and you may receive the following message after the restart is completed:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000c, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xf3cf82d4). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP

CAUSE

This problem may occur because your computer has a problem with TCP/IP.
