All Audio Devices Are Not Available When a Driver Supports More than One Hardware Audio Device

SYMPTOMS

Not all audio devices are available when a driver supports more than one hardware audio device. If a kernel debugger is attached, you may receive the following error message:

CAudioDeviceList:: Add - device table full, could not reallocate

RESOLUTION
