SYMPTOMS
When you insert a new page in a Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 area (when you click New Page on the Insert menu, or you click the New Page tab), the page is inserted as a blank page instead of as a new page with the same stationery as the last page in the section.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because, by default, the Create new pages using the stationery of the last page in the section option is turned off.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 Service Pack 1.

To resolve this problem and insert a new page in a section that uses the same stationery last page in the section, turn on theCreate new pages using the stationery of the last page in the section option. To do this, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- In the Category list, click Other.
- Click to select the Create new pages using the stationery of the last page in the section check box.
- Click OK to close the Options dialog box.

To insert a new page with stationery applied, follow these steps:
- Open the section in OneNote 2003 that you want to add the page.
- On the File menu, click New.
- On the New task pane, in the Change stationery area, click to select the stationery you want to use.
A new page with the stationery that you selected is inserted in your OneNote 2003 area.
